Doctor Visit 6 month-old

Last Tuesday we all went to the clinic for Dylan's 6 month check-up.
Anton is always going with me. It's his ritual now, he enjoys to be in the pediatrician room, listening to his son's development, what to do, what to anticipate, how to handle any issues. He looks forward to the next doctor visit.

At first I thought it's not important for dad to know what's going on. While I was pregnant, he was just always sitting in the waiting room. But sometimes, he doesn't always believe what I said, even if the doctor said that to me. So on my frustation, I asked the doctor to talk to him face to face. And his whole attitude changes ...

And so I thought it was just good for that particular moment. Mom, who was present here at that time, suggested that I should participate my husband in every doctor visits. She said it really makes a difference to hear from someone professionally. And he will feel more involved by his presence. Mom is a psychologist, so she knows all of this stuff ... THANKS MOM. GREAT ADVICE!!

Other babies came with mommies only, no daddies. Maybe they had to work. That's why I pick a day when Anton is off work.

There is this one baby, 6 month old too. But he's waaaaaaayyyy big, he's humongous, 23 pound!! Compare with Dy who is only 16 pounds, so that's like 1.5 Dy's size. And another baby, she's 4 month-old, is fat too. When I asked, they were all formula feeded baby. That's why they are fatter. Breastfeeding baby is always leaner and tends not to be obese as adult. And there was a 1 month-old baby, soooo cute, tiny little thing. Gosh, Dy was that small before and now he's already 6 month-old ... uffff, my boy grows up so fast ... huhuhu ...

It's fun to see other mommies with their babies.

I didn't take any pics this time, Dy was too busy crying and I was too busy calming him down.
