Gigi Atas

So, finally at 11th mo, Dylan's upper teeth are coming out. One at a time, the left one has developed fully and the right one is just sprouting. I can't take a pic of him with his teeth. It's just not happening. He won't let me :)

Dylan just got diarrhea, I don't think it's from the teething, eventhough I know some moms believe that. He had diaper rash yesterday, oh so bad. His weewee was swollen, my poor boy, I slapped a whole bunch of Desitin on his groin and now the swell came down. He doesn't really have the appetite to eat, but I managed to sneak in some spoonfuls of greenbean and cereal while luring him with shredded cheese. He's a cheese maniac, my boy. He has big belly now .. uuu .. just thinking of him drives me crazy :P~~

I gave him Pedialyte and he liked it (on and off). He skipped dinner, .. maybe I gave him too much snacks. He kept shaking his head side to side avoiding whatever I try to put into his mouth. When we had pecel for dinner and some krupuk on the table, he suddenly gave me that notion of wanting it. He says ... eh, eh, eh ... *eyes wide open, hands toward my krupuk* ... There is always an extra room for 4 krupuks in your big belly, huh?
So I clean his greasy hands .. his beautiful chubby greasy hands ...

He hasn't walked yet, still crawling, tummy off the floor now. Anton said there was Baby Derby on TV a few days ago. He said Dylan could've won it since he's such a speedy crawler. Everytime I remember about that baby derby, I couldn't help but thinking how cute it is to see him racing with other babies. hehehehe ... just my imagination.

Dy can climb up to bed now (it's about 50 cm off the floor). It surprises me when I turned around and he's right in front of my face .. huahaha ... oh, my little potato .. you're so sneaky!

He also develops a little bit of Narcism Complex. He will stand up in front of the mirror for 10 min, talking to himself, admiring how handsome he is ... huahaha .. I love when he does that. He squeals and very chatty, his hands will do the "chop-chop" style. Then when he's sure that he's all that, he comes back to me ;)

Dylan speaks fluently now, ... in baby languange (or Philipine??) It sounds like one. He will say, "apla .. cukou ..wogo blaka .. plu plu .. jaa .. maammaa ... waka waka .. anya .. ". Just keep going, baby ... I can hear your nonsense babling all day. It's such a music to my ear.
